The last two weeks of 2017 in daily photos.
With some added outfit shots.
Plus, see how far I ended up getting with the 100 days of make-up in 2017 challenge!
Last month of 2017!
Plenty of accessories, some beauty and some skin care.
Out of all the products I bought/was given in 2017, these are my absolute favourites :)
I know, some of these are the same as my Ride or Die, but that's holy grail products in general.
These are all the things I like best that I discovered this year alone.
DISCLAIMER before I get into this.
This is just my personal opinion, by no means do I mean to diss an entire brand or people that love these products.
Beauty products are very much a personal thing, what doesn't work for me may be a holy grail for someone else.
This is just my personal opinion based on personal experiences that made these items end up on the worst of the year list.
There's no main shot of these, because I have gotten rid of most of these so it seemed a little useless.
Here's the reasoning behind my dislike though!
Loa of course had to butt in, and that's not the end of it. Not even nearly.
Not even half.

Because I am a dork, here's a sequence of photos featuring Loa cat, the faithful feline blogging assistant.
Who was completely bribed into this with Natural Nosh duck strips haha.
But yeah, rather than a boring Christmas image, have this instead :)
It's not too late to explain to Santa that waking yous all up for my own entertainment was not naughty right? Right hooman?
I've been a good cat! Right? RIGHT?!
It really is too late to explain, isn't it?
FIY, Loa got a new super soft blanky from Primark for the sofa for Christmas. He is super happy with it, because it is soft and a nice dark colour.
I originally got him this tee uber cheap off taobao so he could match with my "Santa, can we negotiate?" sweater, but we didn't get round to getting a photo together. Next year, hopefully (if we don't forget again).
I hope you guys all had an amazing Christmas!
Last year I did my first Ride or Die, so I thought it would be fun to do it again this year, to see how this list has changed in a year.
This is not a best of new products by any means.
It's kind of a like a meme and you talk about your holy grail, ultimate favourite product in a certain category.
So yeah, I'm sure you gathered what I love from the photo already, but if you're interested to find out why, stick around and click the cut!
Last Thursday, on the 21st, we decided to take two trains and wander off to Lille in France for the day.
Christmas madness in full swing all right...
This is not just a Christmas photo post though!
Travel (mis)adventures and the FLIGHT FROM HELL...
I was tagged by Cate to do this really fun, 15 question Christmas blogpost.
Normally I never get tagged, so I'm pretty excited for this one.
Thank you Cate!
*throws glitter snowflakes*
(I can you know, I have glitter snowflakes, and multi coloured little Christmas trees).
Winter's here alright...
I was lucky enough to get my hands on this a few weeks before it landed on the French Sephora, because my best friend Charlotte got it for my birthday.
Now, Melted Matte is a pretty celebrated formula, but they generally don't come in special scents and flavours, even though some of the other Too Faced products do.
So, is this particular Christmas limited edition worth your cash?

Last Saturday was the first Saturday of December.
That may not seem very special in itself, but the first Saturday of June and that of December are known as “International Lolita Day”.
So I had organised a small meetup for the Belgian lolita fashion/Japanese fashion community.
It was small because a lot of people sadly have to work on Saturday, but that did mean it was easier to find a place to go to.
We had held a poll for either Quetzal or Kaiseki, and the chocolate bar won out.
So to Quetzal we went.
I hear a lot of talk about the Starbucks Via Instant for Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Admittedly, and I'm not ashamed to admit this, I asked my friend Jon to please pick up some of this stuff for me the second I heard about it, which he kindly did (thank you Jon!).
Now, I am very well aware that not everyone has friends in the US that are willing to pick up stuff for them and drag it off to the post office (thank you Dan!), so here's my post for those that are considering paying top dollar (or whatever your currency is) for this stuff.
Rest assured, you are not in for an entire week of Christmas madness!
I had quite a few things last year, so let's see how many have survived since then...
